Go to google video and search spore. You'll get more videos that reveal more. I watch the 1h+ vid its basically the one linked above except you can see will wright and how excited he is to get this game out there just for the impact on game development alone.
The editors look so fantastic We all KNOW that furries will be built in this game and It'll be great. Go to gamingSteve he covers all that is spore! you get to read interviews and such.
I agree it looks kind of slow for some but I'm sure they're optimizing the title
to improve certain situations.
