You know when you read 900 pages of a comic in one day it is good.
Damn good.
Fracking amazing.
Basically it's about the grim reaper, Jack, his "brothers", each a portrayal of one of the six other deadly sins (Jack being Wrath), Fnar, a baby who died in the womb, and all the other people Jack ends up taking. It is based heavily on the idea of heaven and hell, and thus can get a little bit preachy at times, but not even a "evangelical" atheist could deny that it has just beautiful,, complex storytelling on a calibre that I have not seen for a very long while. If you have not seen this, you seriously need to check it out.
I revise my previous sentiment. The writer publishes by the page, and it cut off in the middle of issue 34. So I'm kinda mad. _________________ Big guns = big funs

I read alot of it, but it's too scary / deathy for me...
The art style is insane though, I like that!
I'm a fan of Dan and Mab's furry adventures, Coming up Violet, two kinds, and alot of others but that list is on my old computer.. _________________ Hamsters for life!

The phrase "Coming up roses" always reminds me of 'Pushing daisies". They're so opposite. It's kind of amusing.
It's not scary or morbid, really, just...dark. If that isn't your style, then it isn't your style x3 But I like realism and expressionism in art of all types, so I find it fascinating and extremely thought-provoking.
