What is AnthroCon like?I've heard a lot of good things about it, and some bad. I was just wondering what it's like there. What's the general atmosphere? Is it a lot of yiff, or is it mostly family-oriented? Is it pricey? And if there's anything else you think I should know, please tell me, because quite honestly, I'm clueless. ><
Pictures would be nice, as well. ^.^

I kinda want to go to Feral, too. But there's no way I'm doing that till I'm out of the house. And I'll need someone to go with me to protect me.

Ya. Feral sounds like fun. I would love to go but I don't have the money for airfare. Plus my parents probebley wouldn't let me fly to Toronto by myself.

Ok then, guess i will tell it. Me and my freinds were going to meet up at Carowinds last summer. We needed somewhere to meet so my freind suggested we meet at lightpost near the funel cake place. we agreed to do it so when we were going to meet up we figured out theres a hundred of these stupid freakin things!and we wandered aimlessly until we found each other. ^^

I am not a hard core christian but i have no problem at all with furry. Or people who wish to deal with homosexuallity.

well being as i am a christian i have had to deal with people who think that i am not one and then explain my case an it usually ends up in a 2 or 3 hour discussion about how being a furry and a christian can happen. I always win too. The props to being a preachers kid.

well I also got the label of being a trouble maker. Plus I lived very sheltered life. Hell, i still havent even been in a relationship yet.

I was sheltered until I was something like 11. Then I fought back and pretty much won my freedom after fighting with my parents^^

College sounds like alot of work to me, not like a big party. Than agean I wont go to college untill some time from now.. >.> Tiny bit to young.

*sighs* Apparently AnthroCon this year is in Pittsburgh...or was it Philedelphia? Well, it's close by, and this makes me sad. I can't go. KEESE can, though, of course >< all I've got to say is that she'd BETTER get me stuff.

*wanders through door* oh ...um in NZ we have a semi-official gathering, "FURCONZ" but theres only about 60 furs in all NZ so its pretty small, then again, you could travel the length of NZ in a working week and the widest part in 3 days, so our little scrap of land hardly even merits...

Old post. ... I have been to the Furfright 2007 in CT but for a very short time. I was late. It runs for 3 days. I showed up on the third day at 2:15. Registration closed at 2:00 so I was unable to see much of it. I browsed around the gathering outside of the mane halls. It was interesting enough but I missed a lot of it. I will be better prepared for next year. I better be I wont to go to it again but on time. Ooo by the way bleave it or not I made a sort of fursuite for it. I never thought I would make one. It was a last minute thing. Mostly why I was late. If any wishes to see it I will post it.
A fur gathering for zfurry members sounds like a good idea. I may attend if one is made and I could get to it.
